I have over 30 years of experience in the appraisal of 1-4 unit residential properties and have experience as an expert witness in cases of litigation arbitration and mediation.

My service area is the Greater Redding area which allows me to provide expert knowledge, and years of experience combined with geographic competency  to your  appraisal needs.

All reports are completed by the principle appraiser, never a trainee or assistant.

My motto is "When Quality Matters" I will not accept an assignment outside my field of expertise nor will I accept an assignment without having adequate time to provide a through and complete appraisal report.
